Our wedding dinner organization, which took place on October 21, ended in a complete fiasco. I don't know which one to write, but the people who are managers say they will do everything until they get their money, and then they try to get out of the situation by saying that the concept does not have that, the food does not have that. Especially the waiters are more interested in how to get a tip than how to make a presentation and how to deal with the customers. People have to clear the table before the meal is over, missing and half meals, half drinks are endless, the portions are so small that it is impossible to get full. Every minute. Waiters demanding money harassed us. The owner of the business took extra money from us by saying that extra food was provided, even though many of the guests stated that they did not eat. The drinks were said to be unlimited, but when an extra second drink is requested, it is a complete disgrace that the groom and the guests ask for "extra fee" in front of them. The fact that the business owner cannot activate and run a music system and even says "did you want music" at the beginning of the event shows how much he cares about the event. We called afterwards, but they did not even call back. As a customer, I definitely do not recommend them. If you are going to get a service from here because of the nice environment, I would say think again, the service and quality here are zero. A business with this mentality is about how we can ruin something that happens once in a person's life, how we can make people bored, how we can get more money. They also said, "We've done this a lot, don't worry, it's a very simple organization for us." Yes, you haven't done anything, that's why you talk so easily and mislead people, this business doesn't even deserve 1 star...

In the Beykoz forest, picnics are on one side, wedding on one side, fresh air on the other, nice place, but the table setups decorated for the wedding are simple, the flower plates are very mediocre, the food is the same service, the head waiters, (I have no words for the young people) treat people and employees "according to the man", if you are tired, Rest, serve with a smile, carry your service across, if that's your profession, are you working hard!!!! 🙊😀👌

On October 21, we met with our guests who came after the wedding to organize a nice and decent wedding dinner, and they said that they were professionals in this regard and that it would be prepared in this way by showing images from their previous organizations. We were going to make a music list and wanted it to be played during the meal. Everything is fine, everything will be as you wish, no problem. They said it wouldn't work, and they also stated that they would give us a taste of the menu we had chosen and that they would call us for it. Even though we called and reminded them many times, they did not call us to taste it. Come on, on the day of the meal, the head waiters came and kept dictating that we should tip the waiters, as if the head waiters were not liked and we had to tip them. The last person we interviewed was leaning against the wall in front of the guests and smoking a cigarette within five feet of our guests. The food arrived very late and was taken away twice before I had the chance to eat it (as a bride)!!! Afterwards, we learned that some tables had missing food, they said "we left it here" etc. There were people who did not attend. There were 25-30 people who could not attend. I absolutely do not forgive even a single penny of it. (Even though we were not organized at all, our wedding ceremony went so perfectly at the municipality that it was a disgrace that we went to dinner afterwards and experienced these problems). There were no chair decorations, they brought the chargers reluctantly after we told them, we gave them flash drives so that our music could be played, they played nonsense music, we went to warn them several times, they played 2-3 of our songs in the last minutes. They were money-oriented and sullen, who definitely didn't know the business. However, at the beginning, during the meeting, they were very sincere and smiling, until the money was received and an agreement was reached, they kept coming to us asking for payment etc. The service was zero, the food went as quickly as it arrived, and if I couldn't eat it as a bride, no one else could. I don't recommend it to anyone. We called yesterday and they neither answered nor answered to talk. It would be a waste of your money...

The reception hall is very beautiful in terms of view. We went for my friend's wedding, they paid that much money but it wasn't worth it.. the furniture in the bridal room is very old and careless.. it was evening, it was freezing cold outside, there was no room inside, the tables inside were like coffee house tables anyway.. on top of that cold, they gave me a slice of ice-cold ice cream cake in the room. .. they gave tea inside, the room was paid for.. I mean, it was not welcomed, most of the things you pay that much money for, you want it to be worth it.. the outside garden area and the playground were nice and big, maybe it would be different for July and August, but we went in May, the evening was too cold for those dates. I definitely do not recommend
